The corrosion resistance properties of Salshield Rusteze were tested and compared to three other market leading UK brands of motorbiking anti corrosion sprays.
In our tests three oval iron nails 3''/75mm were sprayed with copious quantities of the corrosion inhibitor. The nails were then wiped with a tissue and allowed to air dry.
The nails were then submerged in jars containing fresh sea water, and left to stand at ambient temperature for 3 months.
The nails were then removed and examined for signs of corrosion.
